    I am a Shenandoah Life policyholder. I received a form letter from them, dated Feb 3, 2009, that says "Shenandoah Life is a financially sound, conservatively managed company ..." (I added the bold to the quote.) Nine days later they were in receivership! I have my doubts as to whether this letter was entirely accurate on the date when it was

    If the opponents don't want the wind farm, they should go on an electricity strike - quit buying electricity altogether. If they continue to use electricity, then they must accept modern methods to generate it. They vote FOR electricity with their light bulbs, computers, appliances and home heating. Lip service without sacrifice is a non-starter

    A nice start but too conservative. This will just patch it for another round of mediocrity. 1. Get rid of mezzanine. No one uses it now and no one will ever use it. 2. Ditto for third floor, which is a firetrap anyway. I have been around the city market building for forty years and have never even seen the third floor. 3. Open three-story cathedral
