I grew up in Martinsville, graduated from Hollins in 1980, and liked Roanoke well enough to search for full time employment here. I worked as a paralegal with local law firms for roughly 27 years, with a short time off to sell real estate (and discover that I hate sales). In 1995, I married John McGregor, a former football coach (he coached at William Fleming in Roanoke) and we moved to Lexington, Massachusetts were he coached football at Boston College and I worked part-time in personnel for a defense contractor. We moved back to Roanoke in 1997, and started our own business training quarterbacks and other offensive skilled position players. We are a dot-com company, based in Roanoke, and we have clients all over the United States and Canada. John does the bulk of the coaching and film study, and I handle the video work, maintain the website and handle the books.
I am also a member of the Roanoke Symphony Chorus.
